Your NEW Summer Obsession – Watermelon Water

Aug 03, 2018 @ Project Juice

Today is one of the best days of the year…a whole day dedicated to summer’s favorite fruit, the watermelon!

This low-calorie, nutrient-dense fruit is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Watermelon is rich in lycopene – a phytonutrient that has been linked with decreased risk of various cancers – and is an excellent source of Vitamin A, supporting healthy, beautiful skin!

Best of all, watermelon is 92% water and contains tons of electrolytes (hey, potassium we’re looking at you) to keep you hydrated and replenished during the warmer summer months.

Keep cool and stay hydrated with Watermelon Ice Pops or Watermelon Lemonade.

In honor of this special day, we’re introducing you to our NEWEST summer obsession, Watermelon Water. Keep the watermelon theme going and pair this quencher with a refreshing Watermelon Tomato Salad.

Since we love all things watermelon, here is another fun way to enjoy this iconic fruit – try our 4-Step Watermelon Water recipe.
