Hemp seeds are a great source of plant-based protein and have a healthy serving of Omega-3’s that support cardiovascular health.

The second (optional) superfood is lucuma powder. This powder has natural sweetness, fiber, iron, and is even a vegetarian source of niacin, which aids in many bodily functions including stress regulation.

Pair with healing spices like turmeric to reduce bloat and inflammation, and naturally sweeten with low-glycemic coconut sugar, this creamy hot chai is sure to keep you warm while keeping your health goals in mind!
