How can we enjoy our favorite seasonal offering guilt-free? With this super simple, plant-based, low-sugar, and aptly named, Pumpkin Spice Smoothie!
Inspired by Project Juice's seasonal Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie offered at select retail locations, the base of this smoothie is almond milk (so we can skip on the dairy-related bloating...) with a frozen banana for extra creamy texture, dates for a touch of caramel-like sweetness, and, of course, organic pumpkin puree!
The best part? Pumpkin is loaded with fiber to keep you full for longer, maintain heart health, and, at only 50 calories per cup, keep your waistline trim through those holiday indulgences.

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
