Beets lend this juice it’s gorgeous reddish-purple color along with countless energy and detoxifying health benefits. Compounds in beets have been shown to improve blood flow helping lower blood pressure along with increased exercise performance and stamina. Carrots are antioxidant powerhouses that most notably provide the body with Vitamin A – essential in bone, vision, and immune system health. Ginger root adds a spicy zing as well as a boost to digestion and metabolism. Adding in an apple adds not only a touch of sweetness, but also increased liver protective qualities.

Really Rooted Juice

Serves 1

  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ beet
  • ½ apple, seeds removed

Run all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy!
