Juice For Glowing Skin: 5-Ingredient ‘Green Goddess’ Juice Recipe

Jun 08, 2016 @ Project Juice

Green juice is all the rage and for good reason: juicing is a wonderful way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet! Think of the sheer quantity of veggies you can fit into one glass of green juice!! That means more enzymes, phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals surging into your body than you might be able to consume by simply sitting down and eating an enormous salad

This skin-saving, five-ingredient Green Goddess juice recipe is a wonderful example of a low-sugar green juice blend! Its a nutrient-powerhouse of living foods that make your skin glow.

Green apples are a tangy addition adding some sweetness while balancing out the presence of kale. Kale provides more than your daily recommend value of Vitamin A, Vitamin K, and Vitamin C (the latter of which helps your cells boost their collagen production levels for firmer, younger looking skin), not to mention offering up healthy servings of folic acid (for our soon-to-be moms out there, this an important one for you and your little one) and magnesium! Top it off with some spinach for a wonderful source of iron to encourage strong hair, as well as romaine and cucumber to help keep your skin hydrated!

With just FIVE ingredients, its time to pull out your juicer and juice for glowing skin with this easy-to-follow recipe. So go ahead, channel your inner green goddess and beautify from the inside out.
