Lately, for the first time in my life, I have fallen off of the workout train. There are a large number of lame excuses that I have come up with from being too busy, to too tired, to it being a day that ends in y, and the list goes on. As a wellness advocate, I feel that I am not supposed to have these slip ups, but it happened. Such is life 🙂
Today – I am happy to report that I finally broke my no sweat pattern with 15 minutes of exercise and it felt ah-mazing. Immediately, I remembered all the reasons why exercise has been and still needs to be a big part of my life. I felt energized, alive, exhilarated and strong.

This is a super effective, back to basics routine that is good for everyone from the beginner to the fitness elite. If you are a beginner, just get it done at whatever pace you need. If you are already working out, and looking to up the intensity level, track how many of each exercise you are able to complete within the minute. Each day, aim to beat your previous day’s numbers.
