Lately, for the first time in my life, I have fallen off of the workout train. There are a large number of lame excuses that I have come up with from being too busy, to too tired, to it being a day that ends in y, and the list goes on. As a wellness advocate, I feel that I am not supposed to have these slip ups, but it happened. Such is life :)
Today - I am happy to report that I finally broke my no sweat pattern with 15 minutes of exercise and it felt ah-mazing. Immediately, I remembered all the reasons why exercise has been and still needs to be a big part of my life. I felt energized, alive, exhilarated and strong.
If you are looking for a new workout that can be done anywhere, in close to no time, I invite you to join me in my personal 15/5/4 challenge. 15 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
